Philosophy of Occultism; or, The Key to Mental and Physical Power is L. H. Anderson’s 1897 study of mind-body influence, personal magnetism, concentration, vitality, hypnotism, self-control, and practical occult philosophy.

Compiled and arranged by Anderson, the book treats mental and physical power as related expressions of the same underlying life. It encourages the reader to replace fear and doubt with disciplined thought, constructive habit, rest, physical culture, and deliberate training of the will.

The work forms an important part of Anderson’s larger program of personal magnetism, mental science, health reform, and self-mastery.
