Refund Policy — Odd Enough Books

All Sales Are Final
All sales made through Odd Enough Books are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges and do not issue refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases, buyer’s remorse, failure to review a listing, or other buyer-requested cancellations.
Please review all product descriptions, photographs, condition notes, formats, dimensions, and other listing information carefully before completing your purchase. If you have questions about an item, we encourage you to contact us before ordering.
Digital Products (PDFs & Downloadable Files)
All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable.
This includes PDFs, digital editions, downloadable files, research materials, and any other electronically delivered products.
Because digital products cannot be returned once delivered or accessed, refunds or exchanges are not available after purchase.
If you experience a technical issue accessing a file you purchased, contact us at ck@oddenoughbooks.com and we will assist with delivery.
Physical Books
All sales of physical books are final.
This applies to standard titles, Holographic Pagan Press editions, rare books, vintage books, antiquarian books, signed books, collectible editions, limited editions, and other physical merchandise sold by Odd Enough Books.
We do not accept returns or exchanges based on personal preference, condition characteristics that were disclosed in the listing, or a change of mind after purchase.
Rare, Vintage & Antiquarian Books
Rare, vintage, and antiquarian books are sold as described and photographed.
Age-related characteristics such as foxing, toning, previous owner inscriptions, binding wear, spotting, fading, shelf wear, and other condition traits may be present and are not considered defects when disclosed or visible in the listing photographs.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the complete listing and available photographs before purchasing.
All sales of rare, vintage, and antiquarian material are final.
Collectible & High-Value Editions
All sales of collectible and high-value items are final.
For rare signed copies, scarce editions, limited printings, association copies, or other high-value material, we strongly encourage customers to contact us before purchasing with any questions regarding condition, provenance, edition, completeness, or authenticity.
Once an order has been placed, the sale is final.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that was materially damaged in transit or you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at ck@oddenoughbooks.com.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item and packaging where applicable.
We will evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or other appropriate resolution in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable law.
Damage or condition issues that were clearly disclosed in the product listing are not eligible for a refund or return.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have entered processing, production, fulfillment, or digital delivery.
Because many of our physical editions are produced, prepared, packed, or otherwise processed specifically in response to an order, we cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has been submitted.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
Because much of our inventory consists of scarce, unusual, limited, or one-of-a-kind material, replacement copies may not be available.
Applicable Law
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived or excluded under applicable law.
By completing a purchase from Odd Enough Books, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to this Refund Policy.
