The Principles of Astrological Geomancy is Franz Hartmann’s practical study of divination by punctuation, presented according to the methods associated with Cornelius Agrippa and other early authorities.

Originally published in 1889, the work explains the planetary and zodiacal correspondences of the sixteen geomantic figures, the preparation and construction of a geomantic chart, the interpretation of figures according to their positions, and both astrological and astronomical methods of geomancy.

The volume also includes worked examples and an extensive appendix containing 2,048 answers to questions, making it both an introduction to the symbolic system and a functional manual for consultation.
