Occultism Simplified; or, The Mystic Thesaurus is Willis F. Whitehead’s wide-ranging introduction to the symbolic and practical traditions of late nineteenth-century occultism.

Originally published in 1899, the work surveys the symbolism of the cross and zodiac, the Seal of Solomon, the geometric figure of man, telepathy and inspiration, the Astral Brotherhood, magic mirrors, numerical and cabalistic correspondences, initiation, the Great Pyramid, letters and numbers, the path of attainment, and the cultivation of what Whitehead calls the aura of magical power.

Whitehead presents these subjects as parts of a single occult vocabulary: a thesaurus of signs, numbers, diagrams, meditative principles, and ceremonial ideas intended to help the student recognize the relationships between mystical symbolism and practical development.

This Holographic Pagan Press edition has been newly restored and prepared for modern readers. The period cover artwork has been reconstructed and presented in a handmade, black tape-bound 8.5 × 11-inch format.

Each physical copy is printed, assembled, and finished by hand.

This is a newly prepared Holographic Pagan Press edition and not an original antique copy.
